Producing barely 1.9 kg of grapes per vine and just 2,500 kg per ha, these unirrigated Bobal vines are over 70 years old, and attuned to the highly stressed winegrowing environment, a terrain to which they are perfectly adapted, allowing them to express all their ancient wisdom and their particular character through this unique BOBAL.

Born from two exceptional vineyards, “El Matorral” and “El Rubial”, respectively 850 and 720 metres above sea level, where vines of our very own Bobal grape extend over 5.5 hectares. This age-old grape variety tells the history of our beloved land through this wine.
