AL VENT SAUVIGNON BLANC
WINEMAKING
We carefully select the best Sauvignon Blanc grapes, which are gently crushed and then cold macerated for a period of 12 hours. After fermentation and before bottling, a tangential filtration is carried out, resulting in a clean and fresh wine.
TASTING NOTES
Pale straw yellow with fine emerald highlights and a radiant natural shine. Hints of fennel, orange peel, and intense tropical notes. A perfect harmony between the freshness of its acidity and the elegance of its fruit.
