WINEMAKING
After a careful selection of the best Bobal grapes, these are de-stalked and undergo brief pellicular (skin contact) maceration. the juice is then bled off and temperature-controlled fermentation takes place, producing this elegant rosé wine with its accompanying intense aromas.
TASTING NOTES
COLOUR: Bright pale pink, with flashes of deeper pink.
NOSE: Raspberry and cherry with hints of roses and cloves.
TASTE: Cherry and raspberry sweetness is balanced with good acidity to produce this fresh rosé with a long finish.
