AUTÉNTICO CAVA BRUT

Twenty per cent of our vineyards are certified organic. Minimum and only authorised technics are applied to protect the vineyards from diseases and to ensure that our cava is the product resulting from natural healthy, balanced, and top-quality grapes from the area of Requena. Following the traditional method we create this fresh and joyful sparkling wine.

An attractive pale yellow with flashes of green. Fresh fruit, white flowers and a slight touch of dried fruit and pastry. Elegant in flavour, fresh and natural, with nicely balanced acidity.
