This Blanc de Noir is made primarily from carefully selected Bobal grapes, vinified as a white wine to showcase the freshness and elegance of this native red variety from Utiel-Requena. A small share of white grapes adds nuance and complexity.

Our winemakers select the best plots on the property, located above 700m, which ensure that the clusters have good levels of acidity and ripeness, necessary for a production that emphasises highlighting the fruity power of the tempranillo accompanied by a light and silky taste on the palate.

The young Syrah from the Utiel-Requena region is crafted to highlight the fresh, fruity aromas typical of the variety. Once in the winery, the grapes are destemmed and fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures to preserve their aromatic expression.
