We carefully select the best Sauvignon Blanc grapes, which are gently crushed and then cold macerated for a period of 12 hours. After fermentation and before bottling, a tangential filtration is carried out, resulting in a clean and fresh wine.

Our winemakers select the best plots on the property, located above 700m, which ensure that the clusters have good levels of acidity and ripeness, necessary for a production that emphasises highlighting the fruity power of the tempranillo accompanied by a light and silky taste on the palate.
