EL JUGÓN ROSÉ
WINEMAKING
The EL JUGÓN range was created to offer approachable, fresh, and playful wines, perfectly aligned with current trends favouring lower-alcohol, fruit-forward styles. To achieve this, an early harvest is carried out, selecting grapes at their optimum point of freshness and natural acidity. Vinification is conducted at low temperatures to preserve vibrant, natural aromas, and a touch of residual sugar (20 g/L) is left to round out the palate, adding smoothness without sacrificing balance. The result is a collection of modern, easy-drinking wines (10% ABV) designed for pure enjoyment, anytime and with anyone.
TASTING NOTES
Bright pale rosé colour. Aromas of fresh strawberry, cherry, and a hint of watermelon. It’s like an elegant candy: sweet, but with just the right touch of acidity, making it irresistible.

Grapes, rectified grape must concentrate, stabilisers (potassium polyaspartate), preservatives (sulphur dioxide, dimethyl dicarbonate). Bottled in a protective atmosphere.
