VETERUM ORANGE WINE
WINEMAKING
To make this unique wine, we select the fruit from some old Macabeo grapes grown in V-distribution on clayey-limestone soils and East-Western oriented vines which guarantee a correct ripening. Its typical amber colour comes from a traditional elaboration without a prior extraction and remounting for a minimum period of t15 days. This process provides the wine with a tannic content higher that usual on a white wine, besides its colour. This wine has not been filtered therefore a certain natural turbidity can be observed in its colour.
TASTING NOTES
The standout feature of this wine is its amber colour, complemented by subtle aromas of citrus fruit and peach. This blend offers a soft, well-balanced profile with a touch of sweetness, and flavours of plum, apricot and nuts.
