With the passage of time the vines have had to adapt to the land, sinking their roots deep into the earth to reach down to water that is rich in nutrients and minerals. Carefully controlled production levels mean that only some 2,000 to 4,000 kilos of BOBAL are produced per hectare.

The grapes are hand-picked and the wine is made using traditional methods, so VINO VETERIUM gains in complexity and body as it matures in casks of French and American oak used de segundo añoin a previous vintage.
