A careful selection of the best verdejo grapes which are lightly pressed before 8 hours cold maceration. after undergoing static clarification, the grape must ferment for 16 days at 14ºc. the wine subsequently gains body through resting on its lees for two months.
COLOUR: Straw-colored with flashes of Green.
NOSE: Citric, tropical and fresh fruit alongside hints of hayfield and grass after a drop of rain.
TASTE: Elegant, refreshing and lively.
