Coviñas continues to strengthen and renew the image of its wines, in this case unifying the look of the Enterizo range of Cavas, without losing the identity and essence of a brand with more than half a century of history to build on.

In addition to updating the styling of its wines, Coviñas is expanding its range of Enterizo Cavas so that it will appeal to the tastes of customers across the board.

The use of the traditional, or champenoise, method, which involves a second fermentation in the bottle, results in fine, elegant bubbles, a hallmark of this range of Cavas from the winery’s most emblematic brand.

The Enterizo family of Cavas consists of:

Enterizo Brut

Made using a selection of the best grapes from Macabeo vines grown at an altitude of 700 metres above sea level. It is a delicately attractive pale straw in colour, with aromas of fresh fruit, white flowers amid subtle hints of nuts and pastry. A perfect match for prawns, Valencian paella or salads.

Enterizo Brut Nature

This single varietal Macabeo is aged for nine months on its lees in the bottle. It is light yellow in colour with greenish glints. There are notes of fresh fruit, white flowers and subtle hints of nuts and pastry. Elegant, fresh, natural and with balanced acidity. This Brut Nature also pairs well with a wide variety of dishes, especially oysters and creamy traditional Valencian seafood rice dishes, maybe crab.

Enterizo Brut Rosé

Made from 100% Garnacha, this rosé Cava is bright strawberry in colour with fine and persistent bubbles. There are aromas of red fruit alongside delicate hints of preserves and pastry. It is elegant, fresh and light in flavour with a pleasant, slightly sweet finish. It is the perfect accompaniment to Mediterranean octopus, vegetable dishes and cuttlefish.

Enterizo Semi Seco

Expressively aromatic and creamy in flavour, this Cava is made from 100% Macabeo grapes. A golden yellow Cava with glints of green and fine, consistent bubbles. Fresh and true to the grape variety, it is long-lasting and fruity in the mouth. Ideal for pasta dishes.

Enterizo Reserva Brut Nature

This reserve Cava is made with grapes from specially selected Chardonnay vines in the Requena area, at an altitude of over 700 metres above sea level, where the clay soils and a continental climate tempered by the influence of the Mediterranean ensure the levels of acidity and ripeness necessary for this traditional production, which is rounded off with further ageing on its lees for at least 36 months to achieve its characteristic elegance. This is a Cava full of subtle nuances, yet creamy and long. It goes especially well with dishes that have an umami flavour, such as ham, anchovies or a nice, juicy piece of lamb.
